Supporting them tomorrow night in Edinburgh (but not in Glasgow) is guitar-sax-and-drums trio NeWt. Rob Adams interviewed NeWt drummer Chris Wallace for Thursday’s Herald. They’re playing several dates as a quartet with German sax and clarinet player Silke Eberhard later this month (including Glasgow on the 31st), and the interview concentrates on how the band came together and how their collaboration with Eberhard came about.
